Shredded Chicken Orange Leaf ingredients :
  • fillet of chicken, 1 kg.
  • the leaves of orange, 8 pieces, discarding bones and leaves thinly sliced.
  • leaves of lemon grass, 2 sticks, crushed.
  • coconut milk, 100 ml of 1/2 coconut.
  • salt, to taste.
  • water, 2 liters
  • cooking oil, 250 ml
Spices :
  • garlic, 5 cloves.
  • onion, 8 points.
  • chili red, 3 pieces.
  • pecan, 4 points.
  • turmeric, 1 cm.
  • salt, to taste.
  • brown sugar, to taste.
How to make Shredded Chicken Orange Leaf :
  1. boil water and salt, insert meat chicken,and cook until meat is tender. remove from heat.
  2. at meat chicken with a meat hammer to bruise. finely shredded.
  3. heat 2 tablespoon oil, saute ground pieces, lime leaves and lemon grass until fragrant.
