Shredded Galangal ingredients :
  • galangal, 1kg, peeled, washed.
  • beef without the fat and muscle, 500 grams.
  • bay leaf, 1 sheet
  • water, 1 liter.
  • coconut milk,100 ml
  • cooking oil, 750 ml
Spices :
  • onion, 6 seeds
  • garlic, 3 cloves
  • turmeric, 1 cm, fuel.
  • coriander, 1 teaspoon
  • salt, to taste
  • brown sugar, to taste.
  • beef bouillon powder, 1 teaspoon
  • acidic water, 1 teaspoon
How to make Shredded Galangal :
1.     boil water, boil the meat until soft, remove from heat,set aside the broth water.
2.     minced meat with a food processor, or thin slices, and beat until bruised.
3.     grate ginger, steamed for 30 minutes.
4.     pres or squeeze the water up to rain.
5.     galangal winds or low temperature oven to dry.
6.     heat 2 tablespoon oil, saute ground spices and bay leaves until fragrant. enter galangal and beef and stir well.
7.     pour the coconut milk and 150 ml broth. cook over low heat, stirring until dry. remove and drain.
8.     heat oil,fry the meat until dough galangal and dried. remove and drain.
9.     pres or squeeze until the oil leak. separate dough is shredded with a fork to avoid clumping. serve.
To 300 grams of Shredded Galangal
