Shredded Fish ingredients :
  •  fillet of frsh tuna, 1 kg
  • serai, 2 sticks, crushed
  • ginger,  1cm, crushed
  • coconut milk, 150 ml of 1/2 coconut
  • cooking oil, 300ml
Spices :
  •  red onion, 6 seeds
  • garlic, 3 cloves
  • turmeric, 2 cm
  • coriander, 1 tsp
  • the leaves of orange, 1 sheet
  • salt, to taste
How to make shredded fish :
1.      Steam until tender tuna but not destroyed, remove from heat.
2.     Grated or shredded-shredded fish and set aside.
3.     Heat 2 tablespoons oil,saute ground spices,lemon grass and ginger until dry.
4.     Enter the fish and coconut milk, stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring until dry.
5.     Heat oil, fry the fish until the dough is dry. Remove and drain.
6.     Pres or squeeze until the oil leak. Serve.

To 200 grams of shredded fish
