Shredded Young JackFruits Ingredients :
  • The Young Jack Fruit, 3 pounds, peeled and washed
  • Peeled shrimp,500 grams
  • Water, 2 liters
  • Cooking oil, 750ml
Spices :
  • onion, 6 seeds
  • garlic, 3 cloves
  • pecan, 4 points
  • turmeric, 2cm, fuel
  • coriander, 1/2 teaspoon
  • cumin, 1/4 teaspoon
  • sugar & salt, to taste
How to make Shradded Young JackFruits :
1.     Boil water, put the young jackfruit, and cook until soft. lift and squeeze.
2.     Boil shrimp until cooked, remove and puree.do not waste water from the boiled.
3.     Pound the young jackfruit but not too finely.
4.     Mix the young jackfruit and shrimp, stir, set aside.
5.     Heat 2 tablespoon oil,saute ground spices until fragrant.
6.     Enter a mix of young jackfruit and shrimp cooking water. cook over low heat, stirring until dry.
7.     Heat oil,fry the young jackfruit mixture to dry. remove and drain.
8.     Pres or squeeze until the oil leak.separate dough is shredded with a fork to avoid clumping. serve.
To 500 grams of Shredded Young Jackfruits.
