Shredded Beef ingredients :
  • lean beef and grain, 1 kg, cut into rough.
  • water, 3 liter
  • coconut milk, 250 ml of coconut.
  • bay leaves, 2 pieces.
  • galangal, 1 cm, crushed.
  • cooking oil, 500 ml.
Spices :
  • red onion, 6 points.
  • garlic, 3 cloves.
  • turmeric, 2cm, fuel.
  • water acid, 1teaspoon.
  • chili pepper, 3 pieces.
  • coriander, 1/2 teaspoon.
  • brown sugar, to taste.
  • salt, to taste.
How to make Shredded Beef :
  1. boil water and salt, put beef, and cook until meat is tender. remove from heat. slice the meat thin at-bat with bruises or meat until finely grated.
  2. heat 2 tablespoon oil, fry the spices, bay leaves and ginger until fragrant.
  3. insert the meat, stir well.
  4. pour the coconut milk, cook over low heat, stirring constantly until dry.
  5. heat oil, fry the meat until the dough is dry. remove and drain.
  6. pres or squeeze until the oil leak. separate dough is shredded with a fork to avoid clumping. serve.
